Delayed Deliveries

On the rare occasion that a parcel becomes lost, venturing among the postal abyss, please understand that we are just as anxious as you are for your purchases to arrive with you as quickly and safely as possible. We will make sure that we do everything from our end to locate any missing parcels. If however, the postal service deems it lost we will happily send you a replacement (if we have one) free of charge. If there is no suitable replacement item we will happily refund you the cost of your order plus any incurred postage costs.

Please note for an item to be declared officially lost, it can take up to 60 days from the date our postal service starts their investigation and they will require an official non-delivery declaration from you.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not refund for change of mind. However if the items you receive are faulty please contact us immediately and within 48 hours of receiving the item you have purchased. In the case of an item being genuinely faulty upon delivery we will happily replace it (if possible) or offer an exchange for an item of the same value. In some cases you may be required to send the item back to us.

Products

All products are photographed with accuracy. Each piece is unique, one of a kind, which means the piece received may not be exactly the same as in the photo. Colour and finish of the ceramics will vary between pieces which reflects the handmade nature of the brand.

Caring for your Ceramics

Hand wash only using gentle dish soap.

Never microwave a ceramic piece due to the iron content in the clay.

Do not use any metal utensils on any glazed surfaces.

If a ceramic piece becomes broken, chipped, cracked or damaged in any way do not use.

Due to the thermal qualities of the clay the pieces can become quite hot with hot liquids. If your vessel feels too hot to hold it will be too hot to consume. Take a moment while you wait for your beverage to cool down until it is safe enough to drink.

Your ceramic piece will age with use and with how it has been cared for. Any acidic liquids or strong coloured liquids are harshest on glazed surfaces and may stain.

Colours and finishes of the ceramics will vary between pieces, reflecting the handmade nature of the products.
